Student Accommodation Cleaning
Pricing is built around the specific mix of rooms and communal areas in your property, so no two quotes look quite the same. As a guide:

Office Cleaning
Priced by the hour, with two rates depending on whether we supply cleaning products and equipment, or work with what's already on site:

The number of hours required depends on the size of your office and the scope of work. We'll confirm this as part of your quote.

Pricing notes
Every quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins, with no hidden extras.
- All prices shown are exclusive of VAT, added at the prevailing rate at the point of invoicing.
- Guide prices apply to Leicester and Leicestershire; for sites elsewhere in the UK, we provide a tailored quote.
- Prices may be adjusted following a site survey for properties in poor condition, with restricted access, or requiring additional specialist work.
- Quotes are valid for three weeks from the date issued.
- Commercial contracts run on a minimum 12-month term, with one month's written notice to end the agreement thereafter. Domestic bookings are one-off by default.
