Purpose-built student accommodation comes with its own rhythm: communal kitchens shared by a dozen residents, high-traffic corridors, and a management team who needs to know exactly where things stand. We work to the standard PBSA providers expect, with reporting that keeps you informed rather than guessing.
University halls carry an extra layer of scrutiny, often from the institution itself as well as the accommodation provider. We're used to working to both sets of standards at once, and to the inspection visits that tend to follow.
Cluster flats mean multiple bedrooms sharing one kitchen and bathroom, which means more wear in the shared spaces than a studio ever sees. We clean each flat as a whole rather than room by room in isolation, so the shared areas get the attention they actually need.
Smaller footprint, but nothing gets skipped: kitchen, bathroom, and living space all cleaned to the same standard as a full house. Fast to turn around, without cutting anything short.
Corridors, common rooms, laundry facilities, entrance halls: the spaces every resident uses and no single resident is responsible for. We keep these on a regular schedule year-round, so they're never scrambled together the week before an inspection.
Shared kitchens see more use than almost any other space in student accommodation, and it shows. We degrease, descale, and sanitise thoroughly, including inside cupboards and behind appliances, well beyond what's visible at a glance.
