How quickly can you start?
It depends on the size and type of job. A domestic clean can often be booked within days; a large commercial contract or a Summer Turnaround project needs more lead time, particularly during peak periods. The earlier you get in touch, the more options we'll have.
Do you provide cleaning for large-scale projects like Summer Turnaround?

Do you offer one-off cleans, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. Some clients need a single deep clean, an end of tenancy job, or an emergency call-out. Others want a scheduled contract, weekly, monthly, or seasonal. We'll work around whichever you need.
Can you work outside our normal business hours?
Yes. Most commercial contracts are scheduled early morning, evening, or overnight specifically to avoid disrupting the working day. We'll agree a schedule that fits around you, not the other way round.
Are your staff insured and DBS-checked?
Yes. Every member of staff working on a client site is DBS-checked, and every job is covered by full public and employer's liability insurance. See our Compliance & Accreditations page for the full detail.
What happens if something is missed or goes wrong during a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to put it right, at no extra cost. Our quality assurance process includes a clear route for clients to flag anything that falls short, with a response that fixes the issue rather than just logging it.
