Can you work outside our normal business hours?
Yes. Most commercial contracts are scheduled early morning, evening, or overnight specifically to avoid disrupting the working day. We'll agree a schedule that fits around you, not the other way round.
Can one contract cover multiple sites?
Yes. We coordinate cleaning across multi-site portfolios under a single contract and a single point of contact, which is particularly common with our property management and student accommodation clients.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Commercial contracts run on a minimum 12-month term, with one month's written notice to end the agreement at any point after that. Domestic bookings are one-off by default, unless you'd prefer a recurring schedule.
Do you provide your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped, including eco-friendly products where appropriate. There's nothing for you to supply or set up in advance.
Are your staff insured and DBS-checked?
Yes. Every member of staff working on a client site is DBS-checked, and every job is covered by full public and employer's liability insurance. See our Compliance & Accreditations page for the full detail.
What happens if something is missed or goes wrong during a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to put it right, at no extra cost. Our quality assurance process includes a clear route for clients to flag anything that falls short, with a response that fixes the issue rather than just logging it.
